barefoot blue retains the copyright to all graphics. When you purchase barefoot blue graphics, you are not purchasing the copyright.
Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds or returns are available.
Types of files are clearly stated on product description pages. Please ensure that you are able to open the types of files as stated.
By downloading and opening any barefoot blue product, you agree to the full terms set out in this document.
Any use of a barefoot blue product requires:
You add a credit to barefootblue somewhere in your product. A barefoot blue icon is included with every item and can be easily added to your product.
The asset is in a flattened document and secured in PDF form or protected in a way that they cannot be easily copied or extracted, for example when used in Smart Notebook & PowerPoint documents.
These graphics are intended for personal and small commercial use. If you intend to sell more than 1000 copies of your product, please contact me about a large production license. This does not apply to designers selling at Teachers paying Teachers (TpT)
By purchasing (or downloading a free asset) you are permitted to
Use resources to create a free end product or product for sale.
Use resources within personal and contracted client projects.
Use resources in multiple projects.
But you cannot
Claim them as your own.
Use resources on their own; not as part of a wider original design.
You must combine resources with other original design work and not use them as the primary integrity / design element within a design. Please see the resource specific information below for more details/exceptions. If unsure please do contact us at email@example.com.
Redistribute, sublicense or share resources (uploaded/shared via Amazon Inspire/Google Docs, internal shared drives, hyperlinked within curriculum maps, etc.)
Use the images to sell on sites that have a Creative Commons license.
Use resources if the end clients annual revenue is more than $10 million per annum
If you work for or are contracted by a company with an annual revenue in excess of this please do contact us and we will set up a licence to cover your needs.
Use the images as coloring pages on their own in any type of coloring book.

barefoot blue is not responsible for any harm resulting from the downloading of images from our stores/ websites. When you open our files, you are accepting responsibility for any harm/complications done to your property.
Use of any barefoot blue product does not necessarily imply a recommendation of your design or product, nor endorse the views expressed within them.
barefoot blue is not liable for any loss, damage, costs, expenses incurred by the use of our products.
barefoot blue products may not, under any circumstances, be used in or in conjunction with, or in any way that might be considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, or illegal.
barefoot blue products may not be used in a way that may be considered defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent, or in a way that is derogatory of any race, nationality, ethnic identity, gender or sexual orientation, or political or religious belief, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with other materials
By purchasing a pattern, or downloading a free pattern you are permitted to:
Use them as a background within your original design.
Use them as an overlay within your original design.
Use them to fill specific areas within your original design.
But you cannot
Use them as stand alone on items for resale such as iPhone cases, bags, t-shirts, etc.
Textures, Digital Paper, Backgrounds
By purchasing a texture/digital paper/background, or downloading a free texture/digital paper/background you are permitted to:
Use them as a background within my original design.
Use them as an overlay within my original design.
But you cannot
Use them as a stand alone item.
Vectors & Illustrations
By purchasing a vetor/illustration, or downloading a free vector/illustration you are permitted to:
Use them to create a flattened, original design.
But you cannot
Turn the vector/illustration into a repeating pattern, texture, icon or other design resources for resale in a new format
Provide your client with the source files.
Deconstruct the vector/illustration and resell the individual parts
Use a vector/illustration as a primary logo mark for an organisation.
By purchasing a font, or downloading a free font you are permitted to:
Use them in e-books for yourself or one client, online publications, and websites for personal use or one-time client projects
Use them stand alone for logos and promotional text as long as they are for personal projects or an individual client
Use them stand alone to create an original slogan/phrase for sale on items like mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, stickers, etc.
Use them to create Word Art for personal projects or an individual client
You must contact us if
You would like to use this font within application design
But you cannot
Use them to create graphic flattened alphabets, letterforms, digital alphabets (alphas), die-cut patterns or stencil designs
Create an editable logo template available for resale
Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font
